We’re currently looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. If you have the skills and are a team player, do not hesitate to reach out 

As the senior UI/UX designer, your first engagement will involve doing an analysis for a project that is currently in its early stage. This will initially be an engagement for 2-4 weeks with the perspective of continuation over the course of another 3+ months upon successful completion of the analysis. 
 
The project requires a supervisor/lead skill level, as we’re about to review existing projects with various problems in UI / UX. Our mission will be not only to pinpoint the problems but also to prepare a list of specific solutions.  

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead designer and consultant for products with high levels of complexity.
  • Lead collaboration activities for the team and the product’s stakeholders.
  • Serves as a mentor on the design team.
  • Create user experience flows, user profiles and other deliverables that align with product milestones.
  • Use prototypes (low-mid-high-fidelity) to demonstrate interaction and test with users.
  • Stay aware of the latest design trends and best practices for User Experience.
  • Identify UX and UI component enhancements and develop design efficiency that benefits the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Advertising, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Systems/Technology, or another related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in user-centered design/technology projects.
  • Expert in building User Experience (UX) deliverables such as design comps/mockups, flow charts, functional specifications, and style guides.
  • Ability to create interaction design for hi-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma to support enterprise design consistency.
  • Strong experience with incorporating UX within the Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent team building, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience, User Experience, and Multi-Experience.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience analyzing and designing for large-scale applications.
  • Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product, and technology teams).

 

*This position offers a competitive hiring range of $30 to $50 USD per hour. However, the base pay offered to the successful candidate may differ depending on their geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We strive to offer competitive compensation that is reflective of the individual’s qualifications and market conditions.
