Responsibilities
As a Remote Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth operations and fostering a positive remote work culture. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the CEO and Directors:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate meeting minutes.
- Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize events.
Financial Management:
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and assist in budget preparation.
- Coordinate with finance team for timely payments to vendors and contractors.
- Conduct financial analysis and generate reports for decision-making.
Operational and HR Support:
- Research tax domicile options and provide recommendations for tax efficiency.
- Manage legal documents, contracts, and employee records.
- Coordinate employee, vendor, and partner onboarding processes.
- Arrange team-building activities and social events.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for streamlining operations.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Stay updated on remote work best practices and emerging technologies.
Remote Team Support:
- Act as a resource for remote team members regarding company policies and tools usage.
- Organize and facilitate remote training sessions on new tools or company processes.
- Coordinate with IT support to troubleshoot technical issues.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors and contractors.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define KPIs for remote operations and track performance against metrics.
- Analysis of performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement.
Employee Well-being Initiatives:
- Implement programs to support the well-being and mental health of remote employees.
- Coordinate employee assistance programs and resources.
- Recognize and celebrate employee contributions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Czech language at C2)
- English Certification at C1 or more
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
