Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Producer & Cross-Department Liaison to join us on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave with potential for extension based on studio needs. You’ll step into a high-impact role where you’ll lead AAA game production and keep the entire studio aligned across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Production Leadership (Service and Development Focus)
Lead full-cycle delivery of 2D, 3D, Animation, VFX and technical development projects such as porting and co-development
Build and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones and scope across multiple titles
Act as the primary contact for our partners, communicating directly with producers, art directors and leads to align priorities and manage expectations
Collaborate closely with Leads, PMs and QA to maintain efficient and scalable workflows
Identify risks early and resolve them quickly to keep deliveries on track
Read, evaluate, and work within the scope of client contracts
Create and maintain clear documentation, briefs and production breakdowns
Mentor producers and coordinators
Use your experience from both development studios and service teams to balance speed, quality and partner needs
Cross-Department Liaison
Ensure smooth coordination between production, marketing, sales, operations and finance
Turn business development outcomes into actionable production or creative tasks
Support follow-ups from events and partner meetings, and process new leads effectively
Translate business needs into structured Jira epics and logical task flows
Help build team showcase materials, portfolios and internal communication content
Balance short high-intensity cycles with ongoing long-term production timelines
Identify blockers and help teams prioritize and coordinate dependencies
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the games industry as a Producer, Project Manager, Art Manager or similar
Experience in both external service projects (outsourcing, co-development) and internal development
Bachelor’s Degree or greater; specialized designation in either project management, team leadership, production or other relevant discipline
Agile methodology experience or training is required
Strong understanding of art and technical pipelines including 2D, 3D, animation, VFX, porting and engineering
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret, assess, and align with client-provided contracts
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence, with working knowledge of industry-standard DCCs like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance, Unreal or Unity
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Czech or Slovak language is preferred
Ability to work independently and stay aligned across remote and cross-functional teams
Availability during European working hours
A strong service mindset and commitment to enabling others to do their best work
Bonus Points
Agile or Scrum certification
Experience managing both short-term deliverables and long-term projects
Background in both indie and AAA environments

**This position offers a competitive hiring range from 5,000 USD to 8,700 USD per month. The base pay offered to the successful candidate may differ depending on their geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
