Our hiring process
Step 1: Introductory Call (30 min)
In the 30-minute introductory interview, we learn about you, and you learn about us - who we are, what we do, and what matters to us.
Step 2: Technical Interview (60 min)
The 1-hour technical interview tests your expertise, often in a live setting with our team members. Any tests are done during paid work hours.
Step 3: Practical Test (60 min)
This test is a practical continuation of the technical interview. The test will further evaluate your skills for the role.
Step 4: Culture Interview (30-60 min)
Our culture interview, lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour, is a chance for you to meet the team and learn about our remote work culture. We value good team members and being a great colleague.
Receive Offer
After the interviews, if you're hired, we'll make an offer listing benefits, salary, and insurance. For contractors, we usually exchange a simple service agreement, while in-house employees will go through additional administrative steps.
Despite this, I am pleased to share that the team recognized my development expertise and has been supportive and patient in assisting me as I familiarize myself with Unreal Engine 5. Their encouragement and guidance have been invaluable in my professional growth, and I look forward to becoming a valued member of the Ruckus team!
I would encourage any new members of the team to embrace learning, seek feedback, and take the time to interact with everyone on the team and build relationships!
